  • 15 Why am I unable to receive Air Mail email notifications?

There are several reasons why Air Mail notifications might not be delivered to you.

    Your NBAA Membership has lapsed.
Only current NBAA members are eligible to participate in Air Mail. To reinstate a lapsed membership, contact NBAA Membership Services at membership@nbaa.org or 202-783-9000.

Your email was repeatedly undeliverable and automatically removed from the group.

Undeliverable email addresses are automatically added to a suppression list. If your email was temporarily out of service, but has been restored, contact NBAA Membership Services at membership@nbaa.org or 202-783-9000.

Spam or virus filters are blocking Air Mail notifications.
Some email programs and services may flag or block AirMail notification emails as suspected spam. If you suspect that your Air Mail messages are being mislabeled as spam or virus messages, add the Air Mail addresses and the airmail.nbaa.org domain to your list of approved senders or contact your email provider.

You have selected the "No Emails" notifications option.
Go to Manage Profile > Profile to review your notification options for each group.
