Some information is maintained within NBAA's membership database and synced with NBAA Connect. Other information is maintained exclusively within the NBAA Connect platform.

After logging in, NBAA Membership Representatives can manage a profile by hovering on the initials icon/profile image and selecting the company name.
To edit company information in NBAA Connect, use the "Edit Profile" button.
Note: If you do not see the "Edit Profile" you are not listed as this company's NBAA Membership Representative. For assistance, contact NBAA Membership Services at 202-783-9000 or membership@nbaa.org.
Some basic company information is maintained in the NBAA membership database and must be updated in My NBAA Profile.
The following information cannot be updated directly in NBAA Connect:
Visit My NBAA Profile and select "Company Information" to update this information.
Note: It may take up to 4 hours for updates made through My NBAA Profile to be reflected in the NBAA Connect system.
